Can Bee Organized modify or designate alternative 'Business Management Systems'?

- "Business Management System" means the software, internet, web based and/or cloud based system or systems, point of sale system or systems and customer relationship management system or systems as same may be individually or collectively designated by Franchisor, in Franchisor's Reasonable Business Judgment, as being required for use by the Franchised Business, including, but not limited to, the day-today sales, ordering, operations and management of the Franchised Business.
Franchisor reserves the right to modify and designate alternative Business Management Systems as Franchisor determines in Franchisor's Reasonable Business Judgment.
At all times, Franchisor shall possess direct live access and storage based access to the Business Management System for the Franchised Business and to Franchisee's Business Management System Data.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bee Organized retains the right to modify or designate alternative Business Management Systems. The Business Management System encompasses the software, internet, web-based, cloud-based, point-of-sale, and customer relationship management systems required for the franchised business. Bee Organized will make these determinations based on their reasonable business judgment.
This means that as a franchisee, you must use the specific systems that Bee Organized designates for sales, ordering, operations, and management. Bee Organized can change these systems, and you would be required to adapt to those changes. These systems may include point-of-sale systems at the administrative office, portable tablet or computer systems for client services, web-based customer ordering and processing systems, and client membership or rewards systems.
Bee Organized also maintains direct access to the franchisee's Business Management System and the data within it. This data includes forms, client information, inventory, and sales information. The franchisor's access ensures they can monitor operations and maintain system-wide consistency. Franchisees should be prepared to implement any modifications or alternative systems that Bee Organized deems necessary for the business.
