What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may be required to pay a Strategic Leadership Council fee. This fee is collected annually by Bee Organized to offset the costs associated with holding regular meetings with its franchisee advisory strategic leadership council. While the fee is currently not assessed, the FDD specifies that it could be in the future.
The maximum Strategic Leadership Council fee is $150 per year. This fee will be debited automatically from the franchisee's bank account via ACH or other designated means.
Prospective franchisees should note that while this fee is currently not being charged, Bee Organized retains the right to implement it in the future, up to the stated maximum. It is advisable to inquire with Bee Organized about the likelihood of this fee being implemented and the potential benefits of the Strategic Leadership Council for franchisees.
