- (9) Mailchimp Fees Franchisee shall pay to Franchisor's designees continuing monthly nonrefundable fees related to use of Mailchimp. Franchisor reserves the right to increase the Mailchimp fees at any time in the future if the designated vendor increases the monthly license fees for the software required in the Operations Manual.
