How long does a Bee Organized franchisee have to evaluate a Service Order?

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee has 10 days to evaluate a proposed Service Order from the franchisor. This Service Order will disclose the services and products to be performed, pricing, timing requirements, and other relevant information. The franchisee then decides whether to accept or reject the Service Order to provide services to corporate account clients.

If the franchisee accepts the Service Order, they are obligated to perform and comply with its terms. If they reject it, they have no obligation to perform the services. Importantly, if a Bee Organized franchisee fails to respond in writing within the 10-day period, they will be deemed to have rejected the Service Order.

This process allows Bee Organized to ensure that franchisees have the capacity and resources to handle corporate accounts. If Bee Organized determines that a franchisee lacks the necessary capacity, skills, or resources, they may choose not to submit a Service Order to that franchisee and instead select another franchisee, the franchisor, or its affiliates to provide the services. This ensures that corporate clients receive consistent and reliable service.
