- Initial Training for Replacement Operating Managers Your Operating Manager must complete, to our satisfaction, our initial training program. We will offer and make available to your replacement Operating Manager our initial training program which must be completed to our satisfaction. According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, initial training for replacement operating managers will be provided at facilities that Bee Organized designates. Currently, these facilities include the training facility in Overland Park, Kansas, and a certified Bee Organized Business that Bee Organized may designate in the future.
