Specifically, the Colony College (CC) portion of the training, which is an intense three-day in-person program conducted by the Founders of Bee Organized and their support staff, takes place in Overland Park, Kansas. The Pre Flight Program, which is a structured approach to continued process training, setting up business operations, and beginning marketing efforts, also takes place in Overland Park, Kansas.
Prior to the in-person training, franchisees will complete the Colony College Prep Course (CCPC) online, which consists of 20 hours of pre-training. The in-person Colony College training consists of 18 hours of classroom training and 6 hours of on-the-job training. The Pre Flight Program consists of 10 hours of training in Overland Park, Kansas.
