Initial Training
If this is your first Bee Organized Business, we will provide initial training for you or, if you are a Corporate Entity, your Managing Owner, plus one designated manager. Either you or your Managing Owner, plus your general manager, must successfully complete the initial training program to our satisfaction no later than 45 days prior to the scheduled opening of your Bee Organized Business. The initial training program takes place over an approximate three day period on site at our designated training facility in Overland Park, Kansas, and additional training will take place virtually as designated by us. If more than two individuals attend initial training, you will be charged an additional fee per additional persons attending initial training. Although we provide you or, if you are a Corporate Entity, your Managing Owner, plus your general manager, with initial training at no additional fee or charge, you will be responsible for all travel expenses and employee wages related to your attendance and completion of training. (Franchise Agreement, Article 4). Currently, we provide our initial training program no less frequently than quarterly and on an as-needed basis.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program is held at the designated training facility in Overland Park, Kansas. The initial training program takes place over approximately three days. Some additional training may take place virtually, as designated by Bee Organized.
For a new Bee Organized franchisee, this means they, or their Managing Owner if the franchisee is a corporation, along with one designated manager, must complete the initial training program no later than 45 days before the Bee Organized business opens. Bee Organized provides this initial training at no additional charge for these two individuals. However, the franchisee is responsible for all travel expenses and employee wages related to attending the training.
In addition to the initial training, Bee Organized may require the franchisee or their Managing Owner to attend a system-wide training program at their affiliate-owned Bee Organized Business or certified training facility in Overland Park, Kansas. The franchisee is responsible for all travel, lodging, food, and other expenses related to this training. Bee Organized will not require attendance at a System-Wide Training Program for more than five days in any calendar year.
The 2025 FDD also includes a table outlining the hours of training. The Colony College Prep Course (CCPC) consists of 20 hours of online pre-training. Colony College (CC) is an intense three-day in-person training program conducted by the Founders of Bee Organized and their support staff, consisting of 18 hours of classroom training and 6 hours of on-the-job training in Overland Park, Kansas. The Pre-Flight Program is a structured approach to continued process training, setting up business operations, and beginning marketing efforts, consisting of 10 hours in Overland Park, Kansas.
