What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee is not refundable. The FDD states that when a franchisee signs a Franchise Agreement, they must pay Bee Organized a non-refundable initial franchise fee. This fee is $28,500 for a single territory, which is defined as a geographic area containing approximately 40,000 to 50,000 qualified households, where a qualified household has an annual income exceeding $100,000. Bee Organized considers the initial franchise fee fully earned upon payment.
This non-refundable policy means that a prospective Bee Organized franchisee will not receive a refund of the initial franchise fee under any circumstances once the Franchise Agreement is signed and the fee is paid. This is a standard practice in franchising, as the franchisor incurs costs in evaluating the franchisee and awarding the franchise. These costs can include administrative work, legal fees, and training expenses.
In addition to the initial franchise fee, Bee Organized franchisees will also be required to pay fees related to business management systems and technology, ranging from $1,706 to $1,906, prior to opening their franchised business and during the first three months of operation. These fees are also non-refundable and are considered fully earned upon payment. Therefore, a prospective franchisee should be aware that neither the initial franchise fee nor the business management and technology fees are refundable.
