What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee for a single territory is $28,500. If a franchisee chooses to expand their operating territory by adding more territories, the initial franchise fee will range from $48,000 for two territories to $192,000 for a total of 12 territories.
The FDD specifies that the initial franchise fee must be paid in a lump sum when the Franchise Agreement is signed. For a single territory, this lump sum is $28,500, payable to Bee Organized. For multiple territories, the lump sum will be between $48,000 and $192,000.
This means a prospective Bee Organized franchisee needs to have the full initial franchise fee amount available at the time of signing the agreement. This is a non-refundable fee, so it's crucial to be certain about the decision before signing. Bee Organized does not offer financing for any portion of the initial fees, so franchisees must secure funding through other means.
This payment structure is fairly standard in the franchise industry, where initial fees are typically required upfront to grant franchisees the rights to operate under the brand. Franchisees should carefully consider their financial situation and funding options before committing to a Bee Organized franchise.
