What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee is due when the Franchise Agreement is signed. For a single territory, the initial franchise fee is $28,500. If a franchisee elects to increase their operating territory by adding additional territories, the initial franchise fee will range from $48,000 for two territories to $192,000 for twelve territories.

This means that a prospective Bee Organized franchisee must have the full initial franchise fee amount available at the time of signing the agreement. This is a standard practice in franchising, as the initial fee grants the franchisee the rights to operate under the Bee Organized brand and utilize their system. The fee compensates Bee Organized for the initial training, support, and brand access provided to the new franchisee.

It is important to note that all fees paid to Bee Organized are non-refundable. This means that if, for any reason, the franchisee is unable to proceed with opening their Bee Organized franchise after signing the agreement, they will not receive a refund of the initial franchise fee. This highlights the importance of conducting thorough due diligence and carefully considering all aspects of the franchise opportunity before signing the Franchise Agreement and paying the initial fee. Prospective franchisees should ensure they have secured financing, evaluated the market potential in their desired territory, and fully understand the terms and conditions of the Franchise Agreement before committing to the Bee Organized franchise.
