What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program is under the direction and supervision of Kristen Christian, the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer; Lisa Foley, the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer; and Leslie Mullins, the Chief Operating Officer. Kristen Christian and Lisa Foley have been involved with Bee Organized since 2015, while Leslie Mullins has been involved since 2019.
This means that new Bee Organized franchisees will be trained by the company's leadership team, which has extensive experience with the brand. The FDD also states that the trainers must have satisfactorily completed the initial training program themselves, ensuring a baseline level of competence among the training staff.
Beyond the initial training, Bee Organized may also require franchisees (or their Managing Owner) to attend a System-Wide Training Program, held at their affiliate-owned business or certified training facility in Overland Park, Kansas. Attendance at this program is limited to a maximum of five days per calendar year, but franchisees are responsible for all associated travel, lodging, food, and wage expenses. This ongoing training requirement is fairly typical in franchising, as it helps maintain brand standards and introduce new operational methods.
