What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company will identify and locate a franchisee's Bee Organized Business on its website. Specifically, Bee Organized will designate information about the franchisee's business on the www.beeorganized.com/franchiseopportunities webpage or other websites that Bee Organized may designate for the system.
This means that prospective customers searching for Bee Organized services online will be able to find the franchisee's specific location and contact information through the corporate website. This is a common practice in franchising, as it helps to drive business to individual franchisees while maintaining a consistent brand image.
However, the FDD also states that Bee Organized strictly controls how franchisees may use websites and digital media, and franchisees must assign all website and digital media accounts to Bee Organized. This indicates that franchisees have limited control over their online presence and marketing efforts, which must be pre-approved by Bee Organized. Franchisees should be aware of these restrictions and understand the extent to which they can independently market their business online.
