What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor reserves the right to modify the System. Bee Organized, in its Reasonable Business Judgment, can supplement, modify, alter, and/or amend the System, including any or all of its components.

As a franchisee, you must promptly comply with all modifications to the Bee Organized System, whether these changes result in additions, subtractions, modifications, or enhancements to any components of the System. The franchisor will communicate these changes, including through the Operations Manual, and will provide a reasonable time period for compliance.

However, Bee Organized states that these modifications to the System will not materially alter a franchisee's fundamental rights under the Franchise Agreement. This clause aims to balance the franchisor's need to update and improve the system with the franchisee's need for a stable and predictable business operation.
