Your right to relocate your Bee Organized Business and, thereby, your Operating Territory is not guaranteed and approval of a relocation request by you is completely at our discretion. We evaluate relocation requests on a caseby-case basis and consider factors such as operational history, the location of your Operating Territory, our expansion plans, and other factors that, at the time of a relocation request, are relevant to us.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee's right to relocate their business is not guaranteed. The FDD states that any relocation is completely at Bee Organized's discretion. Bee Organized will evaluate relocation requests on a case-by-case basis.
Bee Organized will consider factors such as the franchisee's operational history, the location of the operating territory, and Bee Organized's expansion plans. Other factors relevant to Bee Organized at the time of the relocation request will also be considered.
This means that a Bee Organized franchisee cannot assume they will be able to move their business to a new location, even if they believe it would be more advantageous. The franchisor retains full control over relocation decisions, which is a fairly typical arrangement in franchising. Prospective franchisees should carefully consider this lack of relocation guarantee and discuss it with Bee Organized to understand the criteria and likelihood of approval before investing in a franchise.
