What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, "System Supplies" are defined as the equipment and supplies that Bee Organized designates as required for the franchisee's Bee Organized business and the approved services and products. These supplies include both System-branded and non-branded items, as well as third-party branded equipment and supplies. These are designated for use in the day-to-day operations of the franchisee's Bee Organized business.

Specifically, System Supplies encompass a range of items such as home organization solutions, products, supplies, software and technology systems, vehicles, materials, and uniforms. These supplies are detailed in the Operations Manual or in writing and may be modified or supplemented by Bee Organized at its discretion. System Supplies also include products that Bee Organized authorizes for sale to clients of the franchisee's Bee Organized business.

Upon termination of the franchise agreement, the franchisee must cease using System Supplies, including communicating with or ordering products from Bee Organized's designated suppliers and vendors. This obligation ensures that the franchisee no longer benefits from the Bee Organized system after the agreement ends and protects the integrity and consistency of the Bee Organized brand.

In summary, a Bee Organized franchisee is obligated to use the System Supplies designated by Bee Organized for their business operations and to cease using them upon termination of the franchise agreement. This requirement helps maintain uniformity and quality across all Bee Organized franchises and protects the brand's standards.
