What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to operate their franchised business in accordance with the manuals provided by the franchisor, as well as all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Bee Organized retains the right to supplement, modify, and update these manuals at any time. As of the issuance date of the FDD, the operations manual consists of 116 pages, with the table of contents attached as an exhibit. The manual covers establishing, developing, marketing, and operating the Bee Organized franchise.
This means that a franchisee must adhere to the guidelines and procedures outlined in the Bee Organized operations manual. These manuals cover a range of topics critical to running the business, and franchisees are expected to implement these standards in their daily operations. The franchisee must stay updated with any changes Bee Organized makes to the manual, ensuring their business practices align with the most current requirements.
It is common for franchisors to update their operations manuals periodically to reflect changes in the market, improvements in business practices, or to comply with new regulations. The franchisee's responsibility to follow these updates is standard in the franchising industry, as it ensures consistency and quality across all franchise locations. For a prospective Bee Organized franchisee, this underscores the importance of regularly reviewing and implementing any updates to the operations manual to maintain compliance and operational effectiveness.
