What is the Bee Organized franchisee's obligation if they accept a Service Order?

- (3) Franchisee shall have 10 days to evaluate the Service Order and determine whether or not Franchisee wishes to accept same and provide, on an on-going basis as designated by the Service Order, the Approved Services and Products on behalf of designated Corporate Account clients; and
- (4) If Franchisee elects to accept the Service Order, Franchisee shall perform and comply with same. If Franchisee elects to reject the Service Order, Franchisee is under no obligation to perform same. If Franchisee fails to respond in writing within 10 days where Franchisee either accepts or rejects the Service Order, Franchisee shall be deemed to have rejected the Service Order.

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee elects to accept a Service Order, they are obligated to perform and comply with it. Before accepting, the franchisee has 10 days to evaluate the Service Order to determine if they wish to accept it and provide the services on behalf of designated Corporate Account clients. If the franchisee does not respond in writing within those 10 days, it is considered a rejection of the Service Order.
Bee Organized retains the right to not submit a Service Order to a franchisee if they determine that the franchisee lacks the capacity, skills, or resources to provide the Approved Services and Products. In such cases, Bee Organized, its affiliates, or other franchisees may be selected to provide services to a Corporate Account within the franchisee's operating territory. This highlights the importance of franchisees demonstrating their operational capabilities to secure these service opportunities.
