What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, all materials bearing the Licensed Marks must meet the franchisor's standards and specifications. This includes items such as stationary, business cards, brochures, apparel, signs, and displays. Franchisees are required to purchase these materials directly from Bee Organized or from their designated suppliers.

In addition, all marketing materials used by Bee Organized franchisees must comply with the franchisor's standards and specifications. These materials must be approved by Bee Organized before they are used. Franchisees can market their Bee Organized business through approved digital media and social media platforms, as long as they adhere to the franchisor's digital media and social media policies. All branded marketing materials must be purchased from Bee Organized or their designated exclusive supplier.

Bee Organized may also require franchisees to exclusively use their designated supplier for social and digital media marketing services and social media platforms, vendors, and marketing channels, at the franchisee's cost. This ensures that all marketing efforts align with the brand's standards and guidelines, maintaining consistency across all franchise locations. This level of control over branding and marketing is common in franchising, as it protects the brand's image and reputation.
