What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee's administrative office must be located within their designated operating territory and must be approved by Bee Organized. The administrative office should conform to Bee Organized's standards and specifications, as detailed in the operations manual.

Bee Organized franchisees must get written approval from Bee Organized for the administrative office location. The administrative office should not be accessible to the public or clients. However, if local laws permit, a franchisee can designate their personal residence as the administrative office. If not, the franchisee needs to secure a commercial location within their operating territory.

Before leasing or purchasing an administrative office, a Bee Organized franchisee must provide all required information to Bee Organized for approval. Bee Organized will respond to the franchisee's request within 30 days of receiving complete written information. Disapproval of a proposed location does not extend any deadlines in the agreement.

Franchisees are not allowed to relocate their administrative office outside of their operating territory. If a franchisee wants to relocate within their territory to a commercial facility, they need to get prior written consent from Bee Organized, which will not be unreasonably withheld if the franchisee is in compliance with the agreement and the new facility meets Bee Organized's standards.
