Franchisee's Administrative Office must be located within the Operating Territory and be approved by Franchisor;

Franchisee shall not relocate Franchisee's Administrative Office to a facility located outside the Operating Territory. To the extent that Franchisee wishes to relocate Franchisee's Administrative Office to a suitable commercial facility located within the Operating Territory then Franchisee must obtain Franchisor's prior written consent which shall not be unreasonably withheld provided that Franchisee is in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and provided that the new facility meets Franchisor's then current standards and specifications. Franchisee may not operate the Franchised Business from a residence location outside of the Operating Territory.

Franchisee must operate the Franchised Business from an Administrative Office that conforms to Franchisor's standards and specifications and, such other requirements as set forth in the Operations Manual. Franchisee must obtain Franchisor's written approval of the location of Franchisee's Administrative Office. Franchisee's Administrative Office must not be accessible to the public or to

Franchisee's clients. If permitted by applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including, but not limited to, local zoning laws and regulations (to be independently verified by Franchisee) Franchisee may designate Franchisee's personal residence as Franchisee's Administrative Office.

Franchisee will not lease, purchase or otherwise acquire a proposed Administrative Office until such information as Franchisor may require as to the proposed Administrative Office has been provided to Franchisor by Franchisee and, Franchisor has approved the location in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Franchisor shall respond to Franchisee's request for approval of a proposed Administrative Office within 30 days following Franchisor's receipt, from Franchisee, of complete written information about Franchisee's proposed Administrative Office. If Franchisor rejects or disapproves Franchisee's proposed Administrative Office, Franchisee must nevertheless identify and obtain Franchisor's approval of a proposed Administrative Office within the time requirements set forth in this Agreement. Franchisor's disapproval of a proposed Administrative Office shall not serve as a basis to extend any deadline or requirement set forth in this Agreement.

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee's Administrative Office must be located within their designated Operating Territory and must be approved by Bee Organized. The franchisee cannot relocate the Administrative Office outside of their Operating Territory. If a franchisee wishes to relocate within their Operating Territory to a suitable commercial facility, they must obtain prior written consent from Bee Organized, which will not be unreasonably withheld if the franchisee is in compliance with the terms of the Franchise Agreement and the new facility meets Bee Organized's current standards.

Bee Organized franchisees may operate their Administrative Office from their personal residence, provided it is permitted by applicable laws and regulations. However, franchisees cannot operate the Franchised Business from a residence outside of their Operating Territory. The Administrative Office must not be accessible to the public or to the franchisee's clients.

Before leasing, purchasing, or acquiring a proposed Administrative Office, the franchisee must provide Bee Organized with all required information about the proposed location. Bee Organized will then approve or reject the location based on the terms and conditions of the Franchise Agreement. Bee Organized will respond to the franchisee's request for approval within 30 days of receiving complete written information about the proposed Administrative Office. If Bee Organized disapproves of the proposed Administrative Office, the franchisee must still identify and obtain approval for a suitable location within the time requirements set forth in the Franchise Agreement. The disapproval does not extend any deadlines or requirements.
