Does a Bee Organized franchisee have the right to establish additional Bee Organized franchised businesses?

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee does not have the right to establish additional Bee Organized businesses. The FDD specifies that the franchise agreement grants the right to develop and operate only one Bee Organized business within a designated operating territory.

While franchisees are not permitted to automatically establish additional franchised businesses, they may have the option to add additional territories subject to availability, Bee Organized's approval, and payment of additional initial franchise fees as outlined in Item 5 of the FDD. Each additional territory would generally include a geographic area with approximately 40,000 to 50,000 qualified households. Adding territories would also increase the franchisee's minimum monthly royalty fee requirement and local marketing expenditure.

It is important to note that franchisees are not granted any options, rights of first refusal, or similar rights to acquire additional franchises. This means that even if a franchisee is interested in expanding, Bee Organized is not obligated to offer them the opportunity to do so.
