What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are directly responsible for the management and supervision of their employees. Bee Organized does not provide assistance with the hiring and training of franchisee's employees.

For the protection of the Bee Organized system, franchisees must ensure that all employees wear and maintain proper uniforms with approved system-branded apparel and uniforms, including those comprising system supplies. Franchisees must also monitor and ensure that all system supplies and approved services and products are prepared, maintained, and served in accordance with the system standards and manuals.

This means a prospective Bee Organized franchisee needs to be prepared to handle all aspects of employee management, including hiring, training, and ensuring adherence to brand standards. This is a common arrangement in the franchise industry, where franchisees typically act as the employer and are responsible for their staff's performance and compliance with brand guidelines.
