What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee may be required to have their operating manager participate in supplemental training in two specific instances. First, if the franchisee hires a new operating manager, Bee Organized may require the new manager to complete supplemental training. Second, if Bee Organized determines, in its reasonable business judgment, that the franchisee is not meeting the franchisor's operational standards, then Bee Organized may require the operating manager to participate in supplemental training.
This supplemental training is in addition to the initial training program that all operating managers must complete. The FDD states that Bee Organized must approve all individuals attending and participating in the Training Program and all Supplemental Training programs.
The franchisee is responsible for paying a supplemental training fee of $500 per trainer per day, plus reimbursement of travel and hotel accommodation expenses incurred by Bee Organized, if applicable. These fees must be pre-paid in advance of the training upon submission of an invoice by Bee Organized to the franchisee. This could represent a significant, unexpected cost for franchisees if Bee Organized deems supplemental training necessary.
