Bee_Organized Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

You are required to engage in local marketing and you are required to commit specific minimum amount of funds to your local marketing efforts. We will make available to you and provide you with access, in the form of a source document, to our approved marketing campaigns, media, and messaging that may be used by you. In those instances where we provide you with access to our marketing campaigns, we provide you with the source designs, copy, and design specifications. However, you will incur the direct costs associated with customizing, duplicating and using such marketing campaigns and having them printed, distributed and placed with media sources. What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to engage in local marketing. However, all marketing efforts must be pre-approved by Bee Organized. The franchisor will provide access to approved marketing campaigns, media, and messaging in the form of a source document. Franchisees will bear the direct costs of customizing, duplicating, printing, distributing, and placing these marketing campaigns with media sources.

Bee Organized retains control over marketing materials and mediums, requiring franchisees to seek written permission for any materials not already approved. This ensures brand consistency and adherence to the franchisor's standards. While Bee Organized is not obligated to spend any amount on advertising in the franchisee's territory, they provide marketing templates and resources for the franchisee's use.

This requirement to engage in local marketing, coupled with the need for franchisor approval, highlights the importance of a collaborative marketing approach. Franchisees must be prepared to invest in local marketing efforts while adhering to Bee Organized's guidelines. Understanding the specific minimum amount of funds required for local marketing is crucial for prospective franchisees to accurately assess their potential investment and budget accordingly.
