Your right to relocate your Bee Organized Business and, thereby, your Operating Territory is not guaranteed and approval of a relocation request by you is completely at our discretion. We evaluate relocation requests on a caseby-case basis and consider factors such as operational history, the location of your Operating Territory, our expansion plans, and other factors that, at the time of a relocation request, are relevant to us.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee's right to relocate their Bee Organized business and operating territory is not guaranteed. Approval of a relocation request is entirely at Bee Organized's discretion.
Bee Organized evaluates relocation requests on a case-by-case basis. The factors considered include the franchisee's operational history, the location of the current operating territory, and Bee Organized's expansion plans. Other factors relevant to Bee Organized at the time of the relocation request will also be taken into account.
This lack of guarantee means that a Bee Organized franchisee may not be able to move their business to a new location, even if they believe it would be more profitable or better suit their needs. The franchisee should carefully consider this when selecting their initial territory and be prepared to remain in that location for the duration of the franchise agreement. It is important to maintain a strong operational history to increase the chances of a relocation request being approved, although approval is never assured.
