Bee_Organized Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

You will not receive an exclusive territory. You may face competition from other franchisees, from outlets that we own, or from other channels of distribution or competitive brands that we control. However, during the term of the Franchise Agreement, provided that you are not in default of your obligations to us or our affiliates and except as to our Reserved Rights set forth below, we will not open and operate and we will not grant another franchisee the right to open and operate a Bee Organized Business within your Operating Territory.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee may face competition from various sources, including outlets that Bee Organized owns. While Bee Organized grants a designated operating territory, it does not guarantee exclusivity. The FDD states, "You may face competition from other franchisees, from outlets that we own, or from other channels of distribution or competitive brands that we control." However, Bee Organized states that during the term of the Franchise Agreement, provided that the franchisee is not in default, Bee Organized will not open and operate, nor grant another franchisee the right to open and operate a Bee Organized Business within the franchisee's Operating Territory.

Bee Organized also reserves specific rights that could lead to competition within a franchisee's territory. These "Reserved Rights" include the ability to acquire, develop, merge with, or affiliate with other businesses, even those offering similar services, and to operate or franchise these businesses, even within the franchisee's operating territory, as long as they do not use Bee Organized's Licensed Marks. Additionally, Bee Organized retains the right to use alternative channels of distribution, such as the internet or telemarketing, to make sales within the franchisee's territory, and does not provide any compensation to the franchisee for these sales.

Furthermore, Bee Organized may establish a Corporate Accounts Program, offering franchisees the opportunity to participate. However, if a franchisee declines to participate, Bee Organized reserves the right to service these corporate accounts within the franchisee's territory directly or authorize other franchisees to do so. These provisions highlight that while Bee Organized grants an operating territory, the franchisee may face competition from Bee Organized's own activities, alternative distribution channels, or through the Corporate Accounts Program.
