Bee_Organized Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
Subject to applicable laws and regulations, you may administratively operate your Bee Organized Business from a home based office. You may be required to lease a commercial storage unit to store equipment and supplies and to park your vehicles. As your Bee Organized Business grows we expect that you will lease a non-retail commercial facility to maintain supplies, manage employees, stage service visits, and park vehicles.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may initially operate their Bee Organized business administratively from a home-based office. They might need to lease a commercial storage unit for equipment, supplies, and vehicle parking.
However, as the Bee Organized business expands, the FDD states that franchisees are expected to lease a non-retail commercial facility. This facility is intended to serve as a central location for maintaining supplies, managing employees, staging service visits, and parking vehicles.
This progression from a home-based office to a commercial facility reflects the anticipated growth of the Bee Organized franchise. The commercial space becomes necessary to accommodate the increasing demands of the business as it scales up its operations and manages a larger team and inventory. This requirement ensures that franchisees have the necessary infrastructure to support their expanding business activities and maintain the quality of service expected by Bee Organized clients.
