Note 1: Type of Fee – The above table describes fees and payments that you must pay to us, our affiliates, or that our affiliates may impose or collect on behalf of a third party. All fees are uniformly imposed for all franchises offered under this Disclosure Document, are recurring, are not refundable, and are payable to us, unless otherwise specified. Payment is subject to our specification and instruction, including, our election to have all fees automatically drafted from your business bank account or automatically debited or charged to your business bank account. You will be required to sign an ACH Authorization Form (Franchise Agreement, Exhibit 4) permitting us to electronically debit your designated bank account for payment of all fees payable to us and/or our affiliates. You must deposit the Gross Sales of your Bee Organized Business into the designated bank accounts that are subject to
our ACH authorization. You must install and use, at your expense, the pre-authorized payment, point of sale, credit card processing, automatic payment, automated banking, electronic debit and/or electronic funds transfer systems that we designate and require in the operation of your Bee Organized Business. You must pay all service charges and fees charged to you by your bank so that we may electronically debit your bank account.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the fees outlined are uniformly imposed on all franchises. Note 1 in Item 6 explicitly states that all fees are uniformly imposed for all franchises offered under the disclosure document. These fees are recurring, non-refundable, and payable to Bee Organized unless otherwise specified.
Bee Organized requires franchisees to authorize electronic debits from their business bank accounts for fee payments. Franchisees must deposit gross sales into designated bank accounts subject to Bee Organized's ACH authorization. They are also required to install and use pre-authorized payment, point-of-sale, and electronic funds transfer systems that Bee Organized designates.
While the fees are uniformly imposed, some fees like the Royalty Fee and Franchisee Directed Local Marketing have minimum requirements that depend on the number of territories within the operating territory or the franchisee's gross sales. Other fees, such as advertising cooperative fees, may apply only if Bee Organized establishes a cooperative in the franchisee's designated market. The Technology Fee is currently $45 per user per month but may increase up to $500 per user per month. The Business Management System fee is currently $189 per month plus $90 per user per month and may increase if the designated vendors increase their license fees. These variations are based on specific conditions related to the franchise's operation and location, but the underlying fee structure is consistent across all Bee Organized franchises.
