Answer from 2025 FDD Document

When evaluating the approval of a particular supplier, among other things, we consider: whether the supplier can demonstrate to our reasonable satisfaction the ability to meet our standards, specifications and production requirements, the supplier's quality control, whether or not we are the exclusive supplier of the particular item, whether or not our affiliate or affiliates are the exclusive supplier of the particular item, and whether or not the supplier's approval, in our sole determination, will allow us to advance the overall interests of the System.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, when evaluating a supplier, Bee Organized considers several factors. These include the supplier's ability to meet Bee Organized's standards, specifications, and production requirements to a reasonable degree of satisfaction. Bee Organized also assesses the supplier's quality control measures.

Furthermore, Bee Organized takes into account whether it or its affiliates would be the exclusive supplier of the particular item in question. Finally, Bee Organized considers whether approving the supplier would, in its sole determination, advance the overall interests of the Bee Organized system.

Prospective Bee Organized franchisees should understand that Bee Organized retains significant discretion in approving suppliers. This means that franchisees may not always be able to source goods or services from their preferred vendors if those vendors do not meet Bee Organized's criteria or if Bee Organized believes that using a particular supplier would not benefit the franchise system as a whole. Franchisees may want to inquire about the specific standards and specifications that suppliers must meet to gain approval.
