What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the actual Franchise Agreement document itself is not explicitly listed as an exhibit. However, Exhibit 1 contains the "Owner and Spouse Agreement and Guaranty" which references the Franchise Agreement. Exhibit 2 contains a sample Confidentiality Agreement that the franchisee may use with employees or contractors. Exhibit G lists franchisees that have left the system, and Exhibit H contains state-specific addenda. Exhibit J contains receipts related to the FDD.

While the exhibits do reference the Franchise Agreement, the document itself is not identified as an exhibit. It is common practice for franchise agreements to be included as an exhibit within the FDD, so the absence of the full agreement as an exhibit is notable.

A prospective Bee Organized franchisee should confirm with the franchisor whether a complete copy of the Franchise Agreement is included elsewhere in the FDD or if it is provided as a separate document. Understanding all the terms and conditions outlined in the Franchise Agreement is crucial before making any investment decisions.
