What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there is no mention of a "General Release" exhibit for Bee Organized. However, Exhibit 2 contains a sample form of a Confidentiality Agreement. This agreement is intended for use by the franchisee with their employees or contractors, but Bee Organized recommends that the franchisee have the agreement reviewed and approved by an independent local attorney before using it.

This Confidentiality Agreement is between the employee/contractor and the franchisee, not Bee Organized Enterprises, LLC, although Bee Organized Enterprises, LLC is identified as a third-party beneficiary. The agreement aims to protect the Bee Organized Business's confidential information, which includes non-public methods, client lists, operating results, and the contents of the Operations Manual.

Prospective franchisees should note that while the FDD provides a sample confidentiality agreement, it does not include a general release. Franchisees should consult with legal counsel to determine if a general release is necessary or advisable for their specific circumstances. It would be prudent for a prospective franchisee to ask Bee Organized about any requirements or recommendations they have regarding general releases for franchisees or their employees.
