According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, upon termination of the franchise agreement, franchisees must permanently cease accessing, immediately disconnect from, and discontinue using any and all digital media, intra-nets, cloud-based systems, and/or servers that store, maintain, and/or provide access to the Operations Manual, Confidential Information, and all other standards and specifications of Bee Organized. This includes all digital platforms and systems used to operate the Bee Organized franchise.

Bee Organized defines "Digital Media" broadly as any interactive or static digital document, listing, directory, application, advertisement, link, metadata, or media transmitted within a closed or private network, or connected to computers, applications, or other devices. This encompasses traditional websites, web-based applications, distributed databases (including blockchain), software applications, smartphone applications, and social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Pinterest, Instagram, SnapChat, TikTok, and YouTube. The definition includes anything that refers to, references, identifies, reviews, promotes, or relates in any way to a Bee Organized Business.

This requirement ensures that upon termination, the franchisee no longer has access to proprietary information, operational systems, or digital assets associated with the Bee Organized brand. This protects Bee Organized's confidential information, trade secrets, and brand integrity. The franchisee must take immediate action to disconnect from all relevant digital platforms to comply with the terms of the franchise agreement.
