What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at the annual system conference is not mandatory. The document states that Bee Organized may coordinate an annual conference for franchisees in good standing, but attendance is at their discretion.
This means that while Bee Organized franchisees may find value in attending the conference for networking, training, or updates on the system, they are not contractually obligated to do so. This provides franchisees with flexibility in managing their time and resources.
However, Bee Organized does reserve the right to require franchisees and their Operating Managers to participate in supplemental on-site training if they are not meeting system performance standards. This supplemental training would incur a fee of $500 per on-site trainer per day, plus travel, meals, and accommodation expenses.
