What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must develop and open their franchised business on or before the Scheduled Opening Date. However, prior to opening, the franchisee must meet several conditions determined by Bee Organized. These conditions include complying with the terms of the Franchise Agreement, fulfilling pre-opening obligations outlined in the Operations Manual, completing required training, establishing an Administrative Office according to Bee Organized's standards, obtaining necessary licenses and permits, securing a vehicle that meets Bee Organized's specifications, and receiving written consent from Bee Organized to open the franchise.

This means that while there is a specific deadline (the Scheduled Opening Date) for opening the Bee Organized franchise, meeting that deadline is contingent on satisfying all of Bee Organized's requirements beforehand. The franchisee needs to proactively manage these pre-opening tasks to ensure they can open on time. The Scheduled Opening Date is determined between the franchisee and Bee Organized, and is typically 90 days from the signing of the Franchise Agreement.

Failing to meet these requirements could delay the opening of the Bee Organized franchise, potentially impacting the franchisee's ability to start generating revenue. It is important for prospective franchisees to understand all of these obligations and plan accordingly to ensure a smooth and timely launch of their Bee Organized business. They should also maintain open communication with Bee Organized to address any potential issues or delays during the pre-opening phase.
