Our current training program is to be attended by you, or if you are a Corporate Entity, your Managing Owner and one Operating Manager at our training facility located in Overland Park, Kansas.

The training program takes place over an approximate three day period and is described below in this Item 11 in more detail.

You will also be required to compete virtual training.

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program is held at their training facility located in Overland Park, Kansas. The initial training program takes place over approximately three days. In addition to the in-person training, franchisees are also required to complete virtual training as designated by Bee Organized.

For a new Bee Organized franchisee, this means traveling to Overland Park, Kansas, for the initial training. The franchisee is responsible for all travel expenses and employee wages related to attending and completing the training. The training is comprehensive and prepares new franchisees to run their own business.

The initial training program includes both classroom and on-the-job training. The Colony College (CC) portion of the training consists of 18 hours of classroom training and 6 hours of on-the-job training, and is conducted by the founders of Bee Organized and their support staff. There is also a pre-training component called Colony College Prep Course (CCPC) which is completed online and consists of 20 hours of training. Additionally, there is a Pre Flight Program that consists of 10 hours of training in Overland Park, Kansas.

Bee Organized also offers initial training for replacement operating managers at the training facility in Overland Park, Kansas, and virtually. The franchisee is required to pay a supplemental training fee for replacement Operating Managers, which is currently $250 per manager per day.
