What criteria must an Operating Manager meet to be authorized for a Bee Organized franchise?

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, an Operating Manager is a designated manager responsible for supervising and managing the day-to-day operations of the Franchised Business. To qualify as an Operating Manager for a Bee Organized franchise, several criteria must be met.

First, the Operating Manager must meet all of Bee Organized's minimum training and brand quality control standards and criteria for managers as outlined in the Operations Manual. Second, they must successfully complete Bee Organized's Training Program. Third, the Operating Manager is required to sign the Confidentiality Agreement. Finally, they must agree in writing to assume responsibility for the on-site management and supervision of the Franchised Business.

If the Operating Manager is a family member of the franchisee or an owner, they must also sign and agree to be bound by the terms of the Franchise Owner and Spouse Agreement and Guaranty. These requirements ensure that the Operating Manager is well-trained, committed to maintaining brand standards, and legally bound to protect confidential information, thereby safeguarding the interests of both the franchisee and the Bee Organized franchise system.
