What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee needs to send a replacement operating manager to the initial training program, they will incur a supplemental training fee. This fee is currently $250 per manager per day.
Since the initial training program takes place over approximately three days, the total cost for a replacement manager to attend the initial training would be $750 (3 days x $250/day). This cost covers the training itself.
However, the franchisee is also responsible for covering all travel expenses and employee wages related to the replacement manager's attendance and completion of the training. This means that in addition to the $750 training fee, the franchisee must also budget for transportation, accommodation, meals, and the manager's salary during the training period. This is a fairly standard practice in franchising, as franchisees are generally responsible for their own personnel costs.
It is important to note that the $250 per day fee is the 'then current' fee, meaning it is subject to change. A prospective Bee Organized franchisee should confirm the current fee with the franchisor before signing the Franchise Agreement to accurately estimate their potential training expenses.
