What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must purchase a computer system. This system includes one desktop computer for the administrative office with broadband internet access and one smartphone with cellular broadband wireless internet access. The cost for this mandatory computer system ranges from $3,016 to $6,396.
In addition to the initial purchase cost, Bee Organized franchisees should also budget for ongoing maintenance, repair, and updates to the computer systems. The estimated annual cost for these services ranges from $1,500 to $2,000. These costs can impact the overall profitability of the franchise, so it's important to factor them into the financial projections.
Bee Organized requires franchisees to use specific computer systems and a Business Management System, currently designated as Zoho, Cavnva, and Jobber, along with any other systems the franchisor specifies in the manuals. Franchisees must also provide Bee Organized with independent access to all data transacted, collected, and stored by the franchised business on these systems. This level of access allows Bee Organized to monitor the franchisee's operations and ensure compliance with system standards. Franchisees are responsible for ensuring their systems meet the franchisor's requirements and remain compatible with any updates or changes to the designated software or hardware.
