What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, an Administrative Office is defined as the non-retail, back-end office or facilities from which a Bee Organized Business is managed. These offices are not customer-facing and serve primarily for administrative functions.
The FDD specifies that an Administrative Office may be a home-based office, if permitted by law, or a non-retail, non-public back-end office or facility. These locations are used for managing the operations of the Bee Organized franchise. The administrative office can also include facilities for storing inventory and supplies, parking vehicles, and staging on-site client service visits.
Prospective Bee Organized franchisees should verify local zoning laws and regulations to confirm whether a home-based office is permissible in their desired location. Additionally, franchisees need to obtain approval from Bee Organized for their chosen Administrative Office location. This approval process ensures that the location meets the brand's standards and operational requirements.
