What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Colony College (CC) training program is conducted by the Founders of Bee Organized and their support staff. This training is an intense, three-day in-person program designed to prepare new franchisees to manage their own Bee Organized business.

The initial training program also involves instruction from Kristen Christian, the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer, Lisa Foley, the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, and Leslie Mullins, the Chief Operating Officer. These individuals have been involved with Bee Organized since 2015 and 2019, respectively. The trainers must have satisfactorily completed the initial training program themselves.

The Colony College (CC) training program takes place in Overland Park, Kansas. Franchisees (or their Managing Owner, if the franchisee is a Corporate Entity) and one management-level employee or Owner must attend and complete the initial training program no less than 45 days prior to opening their Bee Organized Business.

Bee Organized also provides ongoing support and training programs, such as the Take Flight Support program for the 60-day period following the opening of the franchised business and potential system-wide training programs. Franchisees are responsible for all travel and related expenses for these additional training programs.
