What conditions must be met before a Bee Organized Business can open?

You may not open your Bee Organized Business until you have completed our initial training requirements, obtained the necessary licensing and authorization from state and regulatory agencies within your Operating Territory and have obtained and provided us with written proof of the required insurance. Within 120 days from the signing of your Franchise Agreement you must open and offer services and products of your Bee Organized Business to the clients within your Operating Territory. We estimate that the length of time between the signing of your Franchise Agreement and opening your Bee Organized Business to be two to four months. Factors that may affect this estimated time period include the length of time undertaken by you to satisfactorily complete our initial training program, obtaining third party lender financing, if necessary, obtaining the necessary licenses, training staff, and leasing a vehicle that meets our standards and specifications.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there are several conditions that must be met before a franchisee can open their Bee Organized Business. The franchisee must complete the initial training requirements, obtain all necessary licensing and authorizations from state and regulatory agencies within their operating territory, and secure and provide written proof of the required insurance.
Bee Organized requires that the franchisee open and offer services and products to clients within their operating territory within 120 days from the signing of the Franchise Agreement. The FDD estimates that the time between signing the Franchise Agreement and opening the business is two to four months.
Factors that may affect this estimated time period include the time it takes to complete the initial training program, obtain third-party lender financing (if necessary), obtain the necessary licenses, train staff, and lease a vehicle that meets Bee Organized's standards and specifications. The franchisee or their Managing Owner and one management-level employee or Owner must attend and complete the initial training program no less than 45 days prior to opening the Bee Organized Business.
