What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a 'Multi-Location Service Event' is defined as a transaction involving the delivery and performance of approved services and products under specific conditions. These conditions include the original sale originating within a Bee Organized franchisee's operating territory. Additionally, the approved services and products must initially be performed on-site at an authorized client's residence within the same franchisee's territory.

As part of the same transaction, the event must require the completion of approved services and products outside the originating franchisee's operating territory. This service must be performed at the same client's secondary residence, and it must align with Bee Organized's system standards and designated approved services and products. This definition ensures that multi-location services are part of a single, continuous transaction that starts within a franchisee's territory but extends to another location.

For a prospective Bee Organized franchisee, understanding this definition is crucial as it outlines the circumstances under which they can provide services outside their designated territory without violating the franchise agreement. It also highlights the importance of adhering to Bee Organized's system standards and only offering approved services and products, even when operating across multiple locations. This ensures consistency and quality of service, which is vital for maintaining the brand's reputation.
