According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Colony College (CC) training takes place in Overland Park, Kansas. This is an intense three-day in-person training program conducted by the founders of Bee Organized and their support staff. The training is designed to prepare new franchisees to run their own businesses.

In addition to the Colony College (CC) training, Bee Organized franchisees also participate in a pre-training course called Colony College Prep Course (CCPC), which is conducted online. There is also a Pre Flight Program that takes place in Overland Park, Kansas. The initial training program is to be attended by the franchisee, or if the franchisee is a corporate entity, their Managing Owner and one Operating Manager at the training facility located in Overland Park, Kansas.

Bee Organized also offers initial training for replacement operating managers at their training facility located in Overland Park, Kansas, and at certified Bee Organized Businesses that they may designate in the future, and also virtually as designated by them. Franchisees are required to pay a supplemental training fee for replacement Operating Managers, which is currently $250 per manager per day for each replacement manager attending initial training. Franchisees are responsible for all travel expenses and employee wages related to attendance and completion of training.
