- (6) Business Management System Fees Franchisee shall pay to Franchisor, Franchisor's affiliates, or Franchisor's designees continuing monthly non-refundable Business Management System fees.
Franchisor reserves the right to increase the Business Management System fees at any time in the future if any of the designated vendors increase the monthly license fees for the Business Management Systems required in the Operations Manual.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Business Management System fees are non-refundable. Franchisees must pay continuing monthly fees to Bee Organized, its affiliates, or designees for the Business Management System.
