What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Business Management System fee is paid monthly as designated by Bee Organized. The fee will be automatically debited from the franchisee's bank account through ACH or other means designated by Bee Organized. The current fee is $189 per month plus $90 per user per month.
Bee Organized franchisees are required to use specific Business Management Systems, including Zoho, Canva, and Jobber. The Business Management System fee covers the license for these systems. It's important to note that this fee may increase if the designated vendors increase their license fees.
As a condition of the franchise agreement, franchisees must sign an ACH Authorization Form, allowing Bee Organized to electronically debit their designated bank account for all fees payable to them or their affiliates. Franchisees are also required to deposit their Bee Organized Business's Gross Sales into designated bank accounts that are subject to ACH authorization. This ensures that Bee Organized can collect the necessary fees in a timely manner. Franchisees are responsible for any service charges or fees charged by their bank for these electronic debits.
