What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must operate their franchised business in strict accordance with the methods, standards, specifications, procedures, and operational requirements designated by Bee Organized. These standards are determined by Bee Organized in its reasonable business judgment and are detailed in the Operations Manual, as well as through written prescriptions that Bee Organized may supplement, modify, and amend periodically.

These standards encompass a wide array of aspects related to the Bee Organized business. They include, but are not limited to, the approved services and products, System supplies, System standards, authorized and mandatory inventory levels and items, and designated suppliers. Brand uniformity is also a key component, covering standards for uniforms, marketing materials, marketing media, and the overall appearance and operations of the franchised business. Customer service and satisfaction standards are also included, covering client rewards programs, refund policies, special promotions, and other client incentive programs.

Furthermore, the standards extend to employee knowledge and implementation of System brand standards, though they do not relate to employment or joint employment policies. Quality control is maintained through secret shopper programs and Franchisor-designated secret quality control inspections. The standards also cover payment processing systems, Franchisor access to Business Management Systems, and the overall operations of the Franchised Business. Franchisees must ensure that the products, services, supplies, equipment, client satisfaction monitoring methods, and marketing approaches align with Bee Organized's System standards and specifications.
