What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Brand Development Fund fee is due monthly as designated by Bee Organized. The fee will be automatically debited from the franchisee's bank account through ACH or other means designated by Bee Organized.

The Brand Development Fund fee is calculated as 2% of Gross Sales for annual Gross Sales up to $500,000 and 1% of Gross Sales for annual Gross Sales over $500,000, but the fee will not exceed $20,000 per year. Gross Sales include the total dollar sales from all business and clients of the Bee Organized Business.

Bee Organized requires franchisees to sign an ACH Authorization Form, which permits them to electronically debit the franchisee's designated bank account for payment of all fees payable to them and/or their affiliates. Franchisees must deposit the Gross Sales of their Bee Organized Business into the designated bank accounts that are subject to their ACH authorization. Franchisees must also install and use, at their expense, the pre-authorized payment, point of sale, credit card processing, automatic payment, automated banking, electronic debit and/or electronic funds transfer systems that Bee Organized designates and requires in the operation of the Bee Organized Business.

Franchisees are responsible for paying all service charges and fees charged to them by their bank so that Bee Organized may electronically debit their bank account.
