What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at the annual conference is required if the franchisor offers one in a given year. Franchisees are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses to attend the conference. Bee Organized may charge an annual conference fee, which will not exceed $1,000 per attendee. The current conference fee is $500 per attendee.

Bee Organized reserves the right to charge the annual conference fee even to franchisees who do not attend. The FDD specifies that franchisees will not be required to attend an annual conference for more than five days during any calendar year.

This mandatory attendance policy is fairly common in franchising, as annual conferences provide a venue for training, networking, and updates on the brand's strategic direction. However, the franchisee bears the full cost of attending, including the conference fee itself, travel, and accommodation. Prospective franchisees should factor this ongoing expense into their financial projections.
