What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Annual Conference fee is due 'When invoiced'. The fee itself will not exceed $1,000 per attendee, but is currently $500 per attendee. Franchisees are also responsible for covering all travel and lodging expenses associated with attending the annual conference.
Bee Organized requires franchisees to attend the annual conference, if one is offered in a given year, on the dates and at the location they designate. Even if a franchisee does not attend the conference, Bee Organized reserves the right to charge the Annual Conference Attendance Fee. However, franchisees will not be required to attend an annual conference for more than five days during any calendar year.

These conferences provide an opportunity for franchisees to network with each other, learn about new products and services, and receive training.
