What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Bee Organized Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'Administrative Office' is defined as the location from which Bee Organized businesses are established, operated, and managed. The FDD specifies that franchisees may only offer and sell 'Approved Services and Products' within their designated Operating Territory from franchisor-designated and authorized vehicles, adhering to System standards outlined in the Operations Manual. This suggests that the primary function of the Administrative Office is for business operations rather than direct retail sales to customers.

Furthermore, the Bee Organized franchise agreement stipulates that the franchisee's Administrative Office must be located within their approved Operating Territory and be approved by the franchisor. This implies that the location and use of the Administrative Office are subject to the franchisor's oversight and must align with the brand's operational standards. The agreement also emphasizes that franchisees may only operate the Franchised Business within their Operating Territory and in accordance with the requirements designated by Bee Organized in the Operations Manual.

While the FDD does not explicitly prohibit retail sales from the Administrative Office, the emphasis on designated vehicles and adherence to the Operations Manual suggests that retail activities are not the intended purpose of this location. The document focuses on the Administrative Office as a base for managing and operating the mobile service, rather than a storefront for direct customer transactions. Therefore, franchisees should clarify with Bee Organized whether any retail activity is permitted from the Administrative Office and under what conditions, to ensure compliance with the franchise agreement and operational standards.
